Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
Job Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
Key Responsibilities
Prepare creative interior design concepts and space planning.
Develop detailed interior drawings, layouts, working drawings, and 3D visualizations.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
Coordinate with architects, project engineers, vendors, and contractors.
Conduct site visits to ensure design execution as per approved drawings.
Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
Resolve design and site-related issues promptly.
Ensure projects are completed within quality standards and timelines.
Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, 3ds Max, or similar software.
Knowledge of interior materials and construction methods.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Solid creativity and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
