Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Project Management Executive to join our agile team. As a PMO Executive, you will be given hands-on exposure to end-to-end project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination, playing a vital role in ensuring timely delivery of critical development milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination and execution of product development projects, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal (Managers, Engineers, Technicians) as well as external stakeholders (Vendors, Suppliers, Compliance Bodies).
Participate actively in developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocation for the various ongoing projects.
Manage and mitigate any risks and/ or roadblocks during the course of project life cycle.




Participate actively in project status meetings and facilitate information exchange between management and various cross-functional teams and track project progress.
Participate actively in improving the system processes pertaining to project management (PMO).

Participate actively in vendor development and management, project related documentation, procurement and customer/ investor facing activities.
Requirements
1 – 2 years of work experience in an Engineering or Project Management is preferable.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
MBA / PGDM in Operations / Technology / Project Management / Engineering Management (preferred).
Solid communication skills – both verbal and written (Advanced level English proficiency required).
Eagerness to learn and grow in a high-paced, tech-driven startup environment.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus.
