Key Responsibilities
Search for relevant projects on Upwork based on the company's services.
Write customized and compelling proposals for potential clients.
Communicate professionally with clients and respond to project inquiries.
Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication.
Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements.
Maintain records of proposals, leads, and conversions.
Stay updated with Upwork trends, policies, and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Excellent written English and communication skills.
Basic understanding of Upwork or freelance marketplaces is preferred.
Strong internet research and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of IT services, software development, and ui/ux designing
Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, or Microsoft Excel.
Experience in proposal writing is an added advantage but not mandatory.
