We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Assistant Machine Operator to support the operation of food processing and packaging machines. The ideal candidate will assist the Machine Operator in ensuring smooth production, maintaining hygiene standards and achieving daily production targets while following all food safety and quality procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in setting up and operating food processing and packaging machines.
Load raw materials and packaging materials into machines as instructed.
Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities immediately.
Assist in machine changeovers, adjustments, and cleaning.
Ensure continuous production with minimum downtime.
Remove finished products from the production line and arrange them for packing or storage.
Maintain cleanliness of machines,
tools and the production area as per food safety standards.
Follow Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene and safety procedures at all times.
Help reduce product wastage by following standard operating procedures.
Support preventive maintenance activities as directed by the maintenance team.
Record production data accurately whenever required.
Work closely with Machine Operators, Supervisors and the Quality Control team.
Perform any other production-related duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
