Job Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses.
Explain course features, advantages, and career opportunities.
Follow up with leads and guide them through the enrollment process.
Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent support.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Eligibility
Any graduate.
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.




Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Compensation

During Probation (2 Months):
Fixed Stipend: ₹17,000 per month
Performance-Based Variable Pay: Up to ₹13,000 per month

After Successful Completion of Probation:
CTC: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA (Based on Performance)
