Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients.
Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Handle inbound and outbound client communication.
Generate repeat business and identify upselling prospects.
Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and close sales.
Resolve customer concerns and ensure timely support.
Achieve monthly sales and relationship management targets.
