We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating order processing, maintaining sales records, and generating reports. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, solid coordination abilities, and hands-on experience in MS Excel to ensure smooth sales operations and timely customer support.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely processing of customer inquiries, quotations, and orders.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, order status reports, and customer databases using MS Excel.
Track customer orders from receipt to delivery and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal departments such as procurement, logistics, finance, and warehouse for smooth order execution.
Follow up with customers regarding order confirmations, deliveries, pending documents, and payments.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order documentation.




Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and tender documentation.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Resolve customer queries promptly and escalate issues when required.
Ensure timely submission and maintenance of sales-related documents and reports.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including:
Valuable knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
Robust organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, MIS Executive, or a similar role.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
