Job Description – Senior Billing Executive

Position: Senior Billing Executive
Location: Raipur / Bilaspur / Jagdalpur
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Generate accurate invoices, tax invoices, delivery challans, and credit/debit notes.
Ensure timely and error-free billing as per company policies.
Verify sales orders, pricing, discounts, GST, and customer details before billing.
Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts teams for smooth order processing.
Maintain daily billing records and prepare MIS reports.
Handle billing-related customer queries and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with GST and other statutory billing requirements.
Reconcile billing data with dispatch and payment records.
Monitor pending invoices and coordinate for timely closure.
Train and guide junior billing executives on billing processes and software usage.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of billing records.

Required Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.




3–6 years of experience in billing, preferably in the building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, hardware, or related industry.
Strong knowledge of GST billing, invoicing, and documentation.
Proficiency in ERP software, Tally, and Microsoft Excel.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate
Experience in the building materials or construction products industry.
Solid understanding of inventory and dispatch coordination.
Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy in billing operations.
