Job Title: Online Bidding / Business Development Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through Upwork and online bidding platforms.
Identify suitable projects and submit winning proposals.
Communicate with clients and understand project requirements.
Schedule client meetings and follow up on leads.
Negotiate project terms and close deals.
Build long-term client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Upwork bidding.
Solid proposal writing and communication skills.
Knowledge of IT services and software development.
Experience handling international clients.
Target-driven with excellent negotiation skills.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹58,263.11 per month
Work Location: In person
