Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and parents.
Explain study abroad programs, admission process, and company services clearly.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-up calls.
Schedule counselling sessions with senior counsellors and maintain regular follow-ups.
Maintain accurate lead records and update student information in the CRM.
Coordinate with the counselling and application teams for smooth lead handover.
Answer basic queries regarding universities, courses, eligibility, and application procedures.
Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and lead conversion targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents through skilled communication.
