About the Role

PMK Scan & Diagnostic Centre is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our field sales operations and expand our business network. We are seeking a results-driven professional with strong experience in healthcare sales, diagnostic services, hospital marketing, or pharmaceutical sales who can build long-term relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth.
Generate new business through hospitals, clinics, doctors, corporate clients, and referral partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the field sales team.
Identify current market prospects and expand the company's presence.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

Eligibility
Minimum 5+ years of experience in healthcare,



diagnostic, hospital, pharmaceutical, or field sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Solid leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to travel extensively for field visits.
Valid driving license is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).
