Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Solid design and visualization skills.
Proficiency in: AutoCAD SketchUp / Revit V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape Adobe Photoshop (preferred)
Goodunderstanding of residential construction techniques.
Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture.
Solid communication and client-handling skills. Preferred Skills
Experience in both architecture and interiors (residential focus).
Ability to create 3D renders and presentations. Site execution experience.
