Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
Lead and motivate team members to achieve business goals
Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance
Support team in client handling and relationship management
Create strategies to improve productivity and business growth
Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews - Ensure smooth coordination between team members and management
Maintain skilled standards and company policies Required Skills
Solid leadership and team management ability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valuable problem-solving and decision-making capability - Ability to motivate and guide people
Target-oriented mindset with growth attitude
Basic understanding of sales, finance, or insurance is a plus
Eligibility -
Graduate in any discipline (Freshers can apply) - Prior experience in sales, recruitment, team handling, or management is preferred but not mandatory
