Own end-to-end process delivery, SLA governance, and drive efficiency + transformation initiatives.
Manage overall COMAG operations (intake → allocation → billing trigger)
Monitor daily volume, cycle time, backlog, and SLA adherence
Drive team performance (productivity, quality, utilization)
Interface with publishers, wholesalers, and internal stakeholders for escalations
Lead process standardization to reduce dependency on tribal knowledge
Identify and implement automation prospects (schedule intake, PO master, PAN)
Support transition, knowledge transfer, and governance reporting
Pay: ₹80,235.38 - ₹93,409.72 per month
Experience:
