We’re Interior design execution team with own workshop looking for a Junior Architect to help shape spaces in Ernakulam, Kottayam,Idukki, Pathanamthitta districts. You’ll work closely with our operations team to bring ideas to life from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools Conduct site measurements and prepare layout plans for interiors and fit-outs Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and on-site teams during execution Prepare BOQ, material schedules, and assist with cost estimation Research materials, finishes, and lighting solutions that balance aesthetics, budget, and durability Ensure designs comply with building codes and safety standards Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite Valuable eye for proportion, material selection, and spatial planning Solid communication skills and ability to manage multiple timelines.
