We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Tender MIS Executive to manage tender documentation, MIS reporting, data coordination, and project-related records. The candidate should have positive knowledge of Excel, documentation handling, and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to tenders and projects
Handle tender documentation, data entry, and record management
Coordinate with departments for collection of project and tender data
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Prepare comparative statements, BOQ data, and tender summaries
Track tender status, submission dates, and follow-up activities
Ensure proper filing and documentation of all tender-related records
Support management with data analysis and reporting
Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of MIS reporting and documentation
Basic understanding of tender processes and project coordination
Valuable communication and organizational skills
Ability to work under deadlines
Qualification
Graduate in any stream
Preferred: MBA / B.Com / Computer Applications / Engineering background
Salary
Salary will be based on experience and interview performance
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
