Quality Inspector

We are hiring a Quality Inspector for our plywood manufacturing unit at Haploos Plyboards / Hillwud Ply, Damla, Yamunanagar.

This is an entry-level role, and complete on-the-job training will be provided. Candidates with basic education, positive maths skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect daily glue and resin preparation, including viscosity, resin mixing, and glue coverage on veneers.
Inspect plywood finishing, surface quality, and internal composition as per quality standards.
Record inspection readings and quality observations using simple mobile forms.
Report any quality deviations or production issues to the Plant Head immediately.
Assist in documenting inspection procedures and quality standards to support employee training.

Requirements
Basic education with good handwriting and basic mathematics skills.
Good observation skills and attention to detail.




Robust follow-up habits and the ability to complete assigned work accurately.
Honest, responsible, and willing to learn current skills through training.
Ability to use a smartphone for entering inspection records.

Degree is not essential. If you are hardworking, disciplined, have basic maths skills, and are eager to learn, we encourage you to apply.

Hiring Process

Short screening, basic maths and reasoning test, followed by a factory interview.
