Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and reliable operations. Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.




Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Assist in monitoring system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent disruptions.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on operational procedures.
Participate in the development and improvement of operational processes to enhance system reliability.
Engage in regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on incident status and resolution progress.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Database Management.
Experience in database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
Familiarity with database security best practices and access control mechanisms.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot database-related issues effectively.
Understanding of database replication and high availability configurations.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Database Management.
This position is based at our Kolkata office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
