Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, chats, or emails.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a polite, qualified, and helpful approach while communicating with customers.
Resolve customer issues within the given timelines.
Follow company policies and standard customer service procedures.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and details.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer concerns.
Ensure a positive customer experience and high customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned individual and team performance targets.
