Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Execution Officer to ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, maintain accurate documentation, monitor task completion, and ensure timely execution of assigned activities.

Key Responsibilities
Execute daily operational tasks as per company policies and timelines.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Track and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
Maintain records, reports, and operational documentation.
Prepare MIS reports and update management on task status.
Handle vendor and customer coordination when required.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
Resolve operational issues by coordinating with relevant teams.
Support management in implementing new processes and projects.
Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements
Master's degree is mandatory (MBA, M.Com, MA, MSc, or an equivalent postgraduate degree from a recognized university).
1–3 years of experience in operations, execution,



administration, project coordination, or a similar role. Freshers with a strong academic background may also apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to prepare reports, maintain documentation, and track task execution.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely execution.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience in handling operational documentation.
