What You’ll Do:
Drive corporate client acquisition for our recruitment & talent solutions.
Connect with HR Heads, TA Leads, and CXOs via LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach.
Present service pitches, negotiate contracts, and close hiring SLAs.
Manage corporate client relationships to secure recurring mandates.
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of proven experience in B2B client acquisition within recruitment or HR staffing agencies.
Solid lead generation skills using LinkedIn Sales Navigator & cold outreach tools.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and deal-closing skills.
Pay: ₹11,537.89 - ₹40,919.43 per month
