Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Executive to manage our Instagram presence and execute influencer marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be up-to-date with social media trends and have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Instagram account (posting, captions, DMs, comments)
Plan and execute content calendar
Identify and onboard influencers (micro to mid-tier)
Handle influencer outreach, communication, and negotiations
Coordinate with designers/editors for content execution
Track campaign performance and creator results
Monitor engagement metrics and suggest growth strategies
Stay updated with latest trends, reels, and content formats

Requirements:




6 months to 2 years experience in Social Media / Influencer Marketing
Strong understanding of Instagram and digital trends
Positive communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of analytics and engagement metrics
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Preferred Skills (Bonus):
Ability to create short UGC reels
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
