Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the core sales strategies
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company s customer base and ensure it s solid presence
Possess positive techno-commercial understanding to enable monitoring timely completion of production. And relevant knowledge of costing will be an added advantage.
Build and promote solid, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service coordination & Follow up for delivery to internal team & Customers.
Coordination with Customers and service team in Warranty period for machine efficiency and any other matter related to customer satisfaction
