Assist in preparing 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
Support the design team in creating 3D models using SketchUp and 3ds Max.
Prepare mood boards, concept presentations, and material selections.
Assist in preparing furniture layouts, electrical layouts, ceiling plans, and working drawings.
Participate in site visits to understand project execution and measurements.
Help prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and material estimates.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams under senior guidance.
Learn about space planning, colour schemes, lighting, and furniture selection.
Maintain project documentation and design records.
Ensure assigned tasks are completed within deadlines.
Follow company standards for design quality and professionalism.
Eligibility
Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of interior design principles and space planning.
Willingness to learn and work on live projects.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
Familiarity with SketchUp and/or 3ds Max is preferred.
Creativity and a valuable sense of design aesthetics.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Additional Requirements
Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred for project site visits.
Willingness to travel within the Tricity region for site inspections.
Skilled behaviour and punctuality are expected.
