Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions and is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Support onboarding and documentation of new employees.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Assist in attendance and leave management.
Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events.
Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Eligibility




Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior internship experience in HR is an added advantage.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Robust organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a rapid-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
