Identify and connect with potential vendors through LinkedIn, trade directories, online marketplaces, and other sourcing platforms.
Present the company's value proposition effectively to decision-makers and build solid business relationships.
Manage the complete vendor acquisition lifecycle, from initial outreach to successful onboarding.
Conduct discovery calls to evaluate vendor capabilities, business potential, and commercial viability.
Coordinate with the Pricing, Logistics, and Product teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly vendor acquisition targets.
Execute consistent outbound activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups, to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate vendor records, documentation, and compliance throughout the onboarding process.
Track pipeline performance and sourcing metrics using CRM tools, Excel, and Google Sheets while providing insights to improve acquisition strategies.

Required Qualifications
2–6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development,



Vendor Management, or Inside Sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Solid negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
Good analytical skills with an understanding of pricing, margins, ROI, and commercial negotiations.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Comfortable working in a US night shift.
Experience in handling objections and closing deals independently.
Exposure to e-commerce, B2B platforms, seller onboarding, or vendor acquisition.
Prior experience in high-performance sales environments such as BPO, EdTech, FinTech, or SaaS is preferred.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
