The NAPS Apprentice Trainee – Production & Assembly is an apprenticeship role designed to provide hands-on training and practical experience in automotive manufacturing. Trainees will work under the guidance of experienced specialists to learn production processes, assembly operations, machine handling, and quality standards while earning a nationally recognized apprenticeship certification.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in production and assembly operations.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Operate machinery and production equipment under supervision.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Participate in training programs to develop manufacturing and technical skills.
