Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Psychology Counsellor to join our team at Sukhmani Diagnocare. The ideal candidate will provide psychological support, counselling sessions, assessments, and guidance to patients while maintaining a high level of professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality.

Key ResponsibilitiesCounselling & Patient Support
Provide one‑to‑one counselling sessions to patients
Assess emotional, behavioural, and psychological needs
Create individualized care or support plans
Offer guidance related to stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other concerns
Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical counselling standards

Assessments & Reporting
Conduct psychological assessments and basic screenings
Maintain accurate counselling records and documentation




Provide case notes and reports to management when required
Track progress and plan follow‑up sessions

Collaboration & Communication
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments when needed
Educate and support families regarding patient mental well‑being
Participate in awareness and wellness programs within the organization

Qualified Conduct
Maintain a calm, patient‑centric approach
Uphold strict confidentiality protocols
Keep updated with counselling practices, techniques, and psychology ethics

Required Qualifications
Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or related field
Solid communication and listening skills
Empathetic, patient-oriented approach
Basic computer skills for documentation

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
