Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming setting for our guests. The role is essential in maintaining the high standards of hygiene and presentation across guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned public areas as per resort standards
Change linens, make beds, and replenish room amenities
Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and proper arrangement of furniture and fixtures
Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly
Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times
Assist in laundry operations when required
Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently
Requirements:
Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and hygiene standards
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physical stamina and attention to detail
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
