Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues as required.
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential safety hazards.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations.
Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment history records.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
Install, assemble, and test recent equipment and machinery.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to reduce downtime.
Maintain tools, spare parts, and maintenance inventory in good condition.
