The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing on-site execution across multiple project locations in South India. This role requires robust mobility, hands-on supervision, and the ability to ensure quality, timelines, and discipline across sites.

Key Requirements
Education: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
Experience: 2–5 years in site supervision or construction/project execution
Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across South India
Skills:
Robust leadership and team handling ability
Valuable communication and reporting skills
Problem-solving mindset with on-ground decision-making ability
Basic understanding of drawings and project planning

Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Supervision
Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors
Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones
Multi-Site Coordination




Travel across various project sites regularly
Monitor progress at multiple locations and provide real-time updates
Act as the central link between head office and site teams
Quality Control
Ensure all work meets company quality standards
Conduct regular inspections and identify defects or deviations
Implement corrective actions immediately
Team Management
Supervise and guide site workers and subcontractors
Enforce discipline, productivity, and accountability on-site
Support training and onboarding of recent workers
Reporting & Documentation
Submit daily/weekly progress reports with photos and updates
Maintain records of work completed, materials used, and manpower deployed
Highlight delays, risks, or issues proactively

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
