We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to hire suitable candidates for various roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process for different job positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
Post job openings on various hiring platforms.
Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.




Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive understanding of recruitment processes and hiring portals.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR software/CRM.
Strong negotiation and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹19,371.25 - ₹30,892.45 per month
