A Helper assists with day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations in the workplace. The role involves supporting team members, maintaining cleanliness, handling materials, and performing basic manual tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in loading, unloading, and moving materials.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Support supervisors and team members with daily tasks.
Handle basic packing, sorting, and stocking duties.
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
Report any damaged materials or equipment to the supervisor.
Perform other general duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Basic reading and writing skills.
Physically fit and able to lift and carry materials.
Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
Ability to work in a team.
Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory.
