Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Executive – Operations to lead our B2B heavy vehicle driver management and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations. You will ensure seamless, protected, and timely fuel deliveries while optimizing costs and driving operational efficiency through data insights.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and coordinate B2B heavy vehicle drivers and ensure compliance with safety and service protocols.
· Monitor and ensure high On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance across operations.
· Drive cost optimization initiatives and productive use of resources.
· Utilize data-driven insights to enhance operational execution and productivity.
· Liaise with regional operations teams, logistics partners,
and senior leadership.
· Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure service excellence.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA preferred).
· 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations or logistics, preferably in fuel supply or fleet-based industries.
· Experience managing drivers and on-ground operations.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.
· Familiarity with the regional landscape and operational challenges is a plus.
