Profile, maintain and update records of all contractors in the territory / unit.
Enroll adopted contractors for required set of training programs, evaluate their in office proficiency.
Pitch new products and ensure new products training and product usage.
Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian Paints.
Ensure the contractors meet mandatory requirements and upgrade in the tier hierarchy.
Ensure site evaluation & in office assistance for adopted contractors Co-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required.
Pay: ₹23,500.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
