Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and modify control logic on Schneider, Siemens, and Honeywell systems.

Design and configure SCADA and HMI screens for plant monitoring and operation.

Integrate field instruments, sensors, drives, and control panels with the automation system.

Carry out in office commissioning, troubleshooting, and start-up support.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation: I/O lists, control narratives, logic diagrams, and as-built records.

Diagnose and resolve faults to minimise plant downtime.

Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation, and process teams during project execution.

Ensure compliance with plant safety standards and interlock requirements.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Siemens programming (TIA Portal / SIMATIC Step 7, PCS 7, WinCC).

Proficiency in Schneider programming (Unity Pro / EcoStruxure Control Expert,



Vijeo Citect).

Proficiency in Honeywell programming (Experion PKS, C300 / DCS configuration).

PLC and DCS logic development (ladder, function block, structured text).

Understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP).

Knowledge of instrumentation, control loops, and process P&IDs.;

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, or related field.

[2–5] years of experience in process plant automation.

Willingness to travel to client sites for commissioning.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
