Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager who has hands-on experience in performance marketing and SEO. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to generate leads and improve online visibility for multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Plan, create, and optimize Meta ad campaigns.
Generate quality leads with a strong focus on ROI.
Perform audience research, A/B testing, and campaign scaling.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
Google Ads
Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
Optimize campaigns to improve conversions and reduce CPC/CPA.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Track conversions using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
SEO
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
Execute On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities.
Optimize website content, meta tags, schema, and internal linking.




Build high-quality backlinks and improve website rankings.
Monitor rankings and prepare SEO performance reports.
Required Skills

Minimum 1.5 years* of experience in Digital Marketing.

Solid hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads*.

Valuable knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO*.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications will be an added advantage.
