Position Summary:

Xpress Health is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical roles. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and passionate about connecting top talent with opportunities that make a difference in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Source, attract, and engage top talent using various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with Xpress Health’s values and role qualifications.




Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Partner with HR and department heads to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding experience.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies and processes.
Promote employer branding initiatives and support campus recruiting or hiring events as needed.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and internal policies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
