As we continue to scale our lending business, we're looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager / Corporate Trainer who can build a solid learning culture and develop high-performing teams across the organization.This role is ideal for someone who understands the NBFC/Digital Lending ecosystem and has hands-on experience in training employees across lending operations, credit, collections, customer support, sales, compliance, and other business functions.

What You'll Do:
Design and deliver onboarding, induction, functional, behavioral, leadership, and refresher training programs.
Build and strengthen the organization's learning culture through structured capability-building initiatives.
Develop training content, SOPs, process manuals, and role-based learning journeys.
Identify skill gaps and partner with business leaders to improve employee performance and productivity.
Deliver training on lending products, customer lifecycle, RBI Digital Lending Guidelines, compliance,



and company policies.
Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with leadership to foster a high-performance culture aligned with business objectives.What

We're Looking For:
5–8+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Corporate Training.
Mandatory experience in an NBFC, FinTech, or Digital Lending organization.
Solid understanding of lending operations, customer lifecycle, credit, collections, compliance, and RBI regulations.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in creating training frameworks, competency models, SOPs, and learning content.
