We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Peon to support the daily operations of the office. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff with routine tasks, handling office errands, serving refreshments, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle office errands, including document delivery and collection.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents.
Receive, sort, and distribute courier, parcels, and mail.
Assist with loading and unloading office supplies when required.
Ensure meeting rooms are clean and ready before meetings.
Purchase office supplies and groceries as instructed.
Support administrative staff with miscellaneous office tasks.
Report maintenance issues and assist in basic office upkeep.
Open and close the office as per company policy, if assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum: 8th Pass / 10th Pass (preferred).
Previous experience as an office peon, office assistant, or housekeeping staff is an advantage.
