We are hiring a smart, highly organized, and execution-focused Operations Manager who can manage daily business operations, solve problems quickly, and ensure smooth coordination across teams.

This is not a basic management role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, improve systems, manage pressure, and help scale operations efficiently.

Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth workflow

Manage reporting, coordination, and execution
Handle operational challenges independently
Support business growth with smart execution strategies

Requirements:
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience in Ecommerce, Operations, or Team Management
Ability to multitask and manage pressure
Fast learner with robust problem-solving skills
Smart, responsible,



and highly dependable mindset
Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, CRM/tools, or AI tools is a plus
