Ability to read, understand and explain drawings
Measure and value the work done on site, prepare client bills, co-ordinate with client’s representative and verify bills.
Preparation of sub-contractors bills on weekly basis.
Liaison with the client and other construction specialists, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.
Prepare budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
Prepare Bar Bending Schedule.
Qualification: B-Tech/ B.E Graduate in Civil Engineering with adequate computer knowledge. Willingness to Work in Sites for Bill preparations.
Experience: Not less than Five Years as Quantity Surveyor in Building Construction
