Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding VIBES services and treatments.
Schedule and confirm appointments for clinic visits.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure smooth appointment management.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build robust client relationships.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive command of English, Hindi must and Telugu any other regional (preferred).
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
