Job Description:
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage daily factory operations and ensure smooth production flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Production:
Plan and supervise daily production activities
Allocate work to workers and monitor machine operations
Ensure production targets are achieved on time
Minimize downtime and improve productivity
Operations & Coordination:
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the factory area
Coordinate with Purchase team for raw material requirements
Coordinate with Warehouse team for finished goods handling and dispatch
Quality Control:
Check product quality during and after production
Ensure proper finish, size, and consistency of products
Identify defects and take corrective action
Ensure only quality-checked goods are dispatched
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Open Positions: 2 (Palakkad & Thrissur)
