Role Summary
We are seeking an IT Support Intern to join our IT Infrastructure team in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities
IT Support & Troubleshooting

Perform routine software installations, OS updates, and basic network troubleshooting.
Manufacturing Floor Support
Assist in supporting specialized hardware on the production floor (e.g., industrial PCs, touch panels, label printers, and barcode scanners).
Learn basic user administration (Active Directory,

Compliance & Asset Management
Log all support requests, actions taken, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware assets and software licenses.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Currently pursuing or completed a Degree/Diploma in CS, IT, or Computer Engineering.
