We are hiring a Production Supervisor for a reputed manufacturing company in Rajkot through our placement services. The candidate will be responsible for managing production operations, ensuring quality standards, and achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities
Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines
Monitor product quality and implement quality control measures
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and store departments
Manage manpower, machine utilization, and workflow efficiency
Maintain production reports and documentation

Qualification:

BE / Diploma

Any relevant technical qualification

Experience:

3 to 4 Years (Production Management in Manufacturing Industry preferred)
