Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and candidate sourcing
Interview coordination and follow-up
Employee onboarding and documentation
Attendance and leave management
Maintaining HR records and MIS reports
Supporting employee engagement activities
Ensuring statutory compliance and HR policies
Requirements:
Graduate/MBA in HR preferred
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of MS Office and HR processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
