We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and skilled Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant with 3–4 years of relevant experience to provide comprehensive administrative, executive, and personal support to senior leadership. The candidate will be responsible for managing email correspondence, coordinating internal and external communications, scheduling and organizing meetings, recording Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and ensuring timely follow-up on action items. The role requires regular coordination to facilitate smooth business operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

In addition to executive support, the candidate will handle personal secretary responsibilities such as calendar management, travel arrangements, appointment scheduling, document management, expense tracking, and assisting with personal errands and confidential matters as required.





The successful candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, robust organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, exceptional email drafting skills, attention to detail, time management, and the capability to work independently under pressure while maintaining complete confidentiality and discretion.

Experience: 3–4 years in a similar Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Executive Secretary role.

Salary Budget: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)
