International Customer Care Representative (Virtual Client Support)

Location: Bahadurgarh, Haryana
Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

Job Responsibilities
Conduct professional virtual meetings with international clients via Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp Video.
Guide clients through the visa application process and explain each stage clearly.
Provide prompt and courteous customer support before, during, and after registration.
Resolve client queries and concerns through video calls, phone calls, email, and WhatsApp.
Maintain regular follow-ups and keep clients informed about their application status.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of client cases.
Maintain accurate records and update the CRM with client interactions.




Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through qualified communication and relationship management.

Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral and easily understandable accent.
Pleasant personality with a qualified appearance for video consultations.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Confident conducting virtual meetings with international clients.
Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and online meeting platforms.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, customer-focused environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
