Job Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and other marketing channels.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
Schedule and conduct property site visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
Follow up regularly with leads to maximize conversions.
Negotiate and close property sales while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams to ensure timely closures.




Stay updated on the local real estate market, pricing trends, and recent project launches.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience in real estate sales .
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule
Working Days: Wednesday to Monday
Weekly Off: Tuesday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
